Dans le cadre de la Biennale de Sharjah, Maider López a tracé un terrain de football à la peinture rouge sur une place publique de la ville et placé des buts à chaque extrémité. Étant donné que les éléments préexistants comme les bancs et les lampadaires n’ont subi aucune modification, la place est devenue un étrange lieu hybride où se disputaient des matchs de football et où les spectateurs pouvaient se détendre à toute heure. Le projet propose un modèle informel dans lequel peuvent facilement s’intégrer différentes activités. Maider López cherche à bousculer les conventions en matière d’espace et d’architecture.
